I hate blue skills!
But user doing blue skills will eventually give you a nice ass to attract the ladies with. Those squats will pay off eventually.
Be sure to stay hydrated.
Why are like half the yellow skills actually leg skills when like half the blue skills are variants on squatting.
I was fat as a teenager and I didn't want to exercise, so my parents tricked me into playing Dance Dance Revolution for exercise. But I think not eating like shit helped more for my weight than playing DDR. Still fun though.
I’ve been thinking about getting this. What sort of level of workout is it? I’m not fat I just need cardio for health
I completed the story mode on max difficulty and never touched it again.
I go to the gym nowadays.
Yoga skills aren't real skills
Gyms still exist?
75% of weight loss is about calories. Unless you're an athlete training 10 hours a day then you actually need to eat MORE than the average person.
I only ever use boat pose
If I don,t suffer while doing it it doesn't count is my motto with this game.
I'm not an expert on fitness, but I started playing around the beginning of 2021 and have consistently been playing for at least 20 minutes a day.
So far, the results are that I struggle a lot less (if at all) with lifting heavy objects, and the constant stretching has made sleeping feel miraculous. On top of that, I gained an adequate amount of muscle definition. Not enough to look similar to those who actually go to the gym and workout, but enough to look decent.
Also, the game is an RPG with a surprisingly very entertaining story similar in spirit to Mario and Luigi/Paper Mario games. It even has a comically large skill tree with armor sets and stat boosting potions.
I heavily recommend it, easily a top 10 Switch game.
And I might be a schizo, but I think all the stretching has legitimately made me 3 inches taller.

That's because you've improved your posture.
Anyone else use weights while playing RFA? I hold a 35lb dumbbell while doing the squats.
i do the opposite i tie helium balloons to myself to make the exercises easier
You could accomplish the same thing by putting less food in your stomach.
I thought it would be a meme but it's actually a pretty good workout. It's not just arbitrary cardio too, it seems to be decent for definition.
That won't help with most of the exercises. JUst do more of them in a row.
that sounds gay
VR is the king of exercise games. Thrill of the Fight, Beat Saber, Pistol Whip.
I didn't say you had to put it up your butt instead.
Thrill of the fight is genuinely amazing. The others not so much, they're not games I find as intense. A long game of Thrill of the Fight absolutely wrecks you.
It makes me realise I have no stamina at all. Holy shit I can't do planks and mountain climbers without stopping to catch my breath multiple times.
Then you do the fucking arm twist which is barely even an exercise
I haven't touched this game in months. Haven't really worked out either. Oddly my weight's still been steadily going down since then and I've been feeling more and more lethargic. But I don't think my dietary habits have changed that much. I dunno.
Can I play this even if I live in a cramped dorm? Barely no space in here.
