I'm getting an OLED tomorrow and I want to start a new game as soon as I get it. I was thinking Resident Evil would be nice, never played one before and it's the perfect game to test out the blacks.
Never understood the appeal of pokemon, it's all trash to me.

God no, I stopped playing after Ruby and only emulate ruby, gold, and yellow on my laptop when I get the itch. Literally sandbagging bosses just doesn't interest me

Finally pick Bug Fables back up, I got to chapter 3 and burnt out, but beating PM64 got me itching for more. Just beat the Spy card sidequest and holy fuck it was fun, also beat B&K and started Tiny Metal after seeing then being disappointed in the Advanced Wars Remake.

Kirby since I haven't really gotten into the series before, and some zelda-likes I saw on the coming soon page. Will wait for reviews before I drop any cash on them

The one I'm interested in is Ocean's Heart, and it's close to ALTTP, there's also a game called Rise of the Third Power that's giving me FF on Snes vibes. There was a third but I can't remember it.

Same. I want to like my switch but I'm not doing too much with it. I am interested in Metroid Dread and tempted to get Xenoblade on Switch even though I have the 3ds version (maybe 2 hours a few years ago).

I've followed Pokémon since Red and Blue and I can't remember the last time I felt as engrossed in a mainline Pokémon game as I am with Arceus. Maybe gen 2 or 3. I want to see if they can make a more traditional instalment with multiple towns and more trainer battles using the same framework as Arceus, but even as it is, I can't help but feel it's the direction Pokémon should've been going in for a long time.
Picked up Saga Frontier and Legend of Mana at PlayAsia's Chinese new year sale.

keep at it. it does get real slow but at that point i was in love with it so i kept with it. if you end up hitting any walls in your progression (which you will) dont stress and see if you can try exploring some new leads/places you havent been to. it's a phenomenal game, especially when you explore the situation beyond the murder

I hate modern Pokemon but I want to eventually try Arceus after some price drops. I just dont want to give Pokemon Company my money so I may just download an emulator for that one.
