The point is that there are no displays that are monitor size (27" or less), 4k, at least 120Hz (preferably 240Hz), have VRR, and have true blacks (or even just decent contrast).

Obviously for PC, I am going to prioritize a high refresh-rate display (basically all of which have garbage picture quality), which is great for gameplay-focused or competitive games, but for games where I care about graphics (or even just any game where I don't really care about framerate much), PC monitors just fucking suck.

I have 2 1080p monitors and one 2K and have no issues at all with how my games look

Pick up your PC and carry it over to the TV stand or get an HDMI cable

Pixel density is also a matter of distance. You absolutely can notice the difference between 1080p and 4k at 24"
