Possibly. It will most certainly not do as well as Skyrim, that much is certain. That's mainly because of the setting. Sci Fi just doesn't bring it in like Elves n Monsters. Ultimately it will boil down to the modding community. And so far all we got is "yes we are behind the community". Sure. But how? By publishing the Creation Kit like previously, or paid mods? Don't forget, this is a Microsoft franchise now, and historically MS hates mods. The worst case scenario is that it will have no CK and still be popular because of gaypass faggots on their consoles. If that happens, you can kiss the Elder Scrolls the way you knew it goodbye.
