What would the games be about anyways? GoT doesn't really have any unique strong points that would translate into vidya.
Unlike LotR, it doesn't feature combat prominently enough, so you can't make a hack and slash game that would make it stand out. It's not open enough for political drama to allow it to convert into a Grand Strategy game. Actual battles between two belligerent armies are only mentioned but never described, and the show skims over these as a passing note.
