I can't think of any ideas for a thread.
Just post any random video game or comments about whatever game you want.

Shadow the Hedgehog has some really nice piano tracks. Very relaxing. Don't think much of the game, but i'll give it that.
I think i'll play a little bit of Mario Kart 64 today, for nostalgia's sake, it's been a while

Can someone explain me why controllers sucks so much energy?
two AA batteries could last over a year in my previous mouse, but you stick two sticks inside X360 controler and they are gone like in a month or two, even with turned off rumble
I dont get it

Freelancer was super fun when I was a kid snd I wish there were more fun dogfighty games. And I liked the UI especially the targeting showing where to aim to hit the enemy. And the music was good vibes.

>two shoulder buttons
>two trigger buttons
>four buttons on the back (for ring and pinky fingers)
>six face buttons
>on one controller

unrelated but I've bought more controllers than video games in the past 3 years (bought 1 game and about 6 controllers)

My batteries lasts 4 days in my series s controller its ridiculous

Why

I find it really hard to just boot up a game, am I autistic? I have no problems playing it for hours, it's just the act of opening up the game that there's some kind of mental obstacle I have to jump through

I wanna know what different controllers feel like

I haven't played a musou in my life before persona 5 strikers which I platinum'd then immediately bought dynasty warriors 8 xl complete edition and I am having a blast. Honestly reminds me of my hundreds of hours in MonHun GenU. Speaking of MH I fucking hate World and Rise. I'm so happy there are still lobbies up for GenU whenever I get on. All my beloved game series are turning to shit in an effort to "capture a wider audience." Basically dumbing themselves down for normies. I hate this approach and I wish people would just make games for avid enjoyers of the series/genre instead of trying to get more fucking noobs to play. This goes double for fighting games. Strive is literally a regression from Rev2 in every conceivable way. I hope someone in this thread actually plays video games and agrees with me.
Side note it seems like SMT V hasn't fallen for this trap as playing it on Hard has given me a good challenge throughout, until I reached the last area. I fucking hate when RPGs use party member levels to determine damage taken/dealt. I don't want to level just for the sake of leveling. I like playing through RPGs underleveled and finding creative ways to win and overcome challenges. In smt v as soon as I got to the last area I was doing like 25-75 damage per hit when on the last boss I was dealing 500+ with buffs/debuffs active. It's really killed my enjoyment but I know I'll still beat it anyway.

Just swap and charge them

Put the shortcut of the game in "she'll:startup"

how could capcom have improved or further developed from GU with the leap from 3DS to PS4 in mind

GenU is perfect the only improvement should've been graphical. It has basically every monster from the entire series, they could add more with content updates, G Rank is super fun, Deviants are a real challenge even with 4 people that know what they're doing. The only bad thing about the game is Charm farming. After killing brachydios 700 times and still not getting the charm I wanted I said fuck it and so my only true meta sets are Hammer and Bow even though I main Longsword. The styles are awesome even though Valor is overpowered. Just makes you feel badass though not like it cheapens anything.

Just use a cable retard.

>why x happen
>just do y
t-thanks
I switched to PC few years ago, havent touched controller since then

I switched to PC after PS4/xbone announcements. Still use a controller on occasion.

Really hope they fix/change the R1/L1 buttons for the Deck, because they are terrible on the Steam Controller.

I don't play "real" games anymore. All I do is browse f95zone for the latest ren'py porn game.
I couldn't even tell you the last non-porn game I've played.
