Because it's simply not a very good game, you already have stuff like Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell Pandora Tommorow, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, the Tenchu series, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2 & Hitman Contracts/Blood Money. There's nothing in MGS3 that justifies a spot over the other titles, also the series would have been better without it
