The only good games people talk about are complex ones that even require it. Most "good games" fly completely under the radar because they're pretty straight forward decent games.
I discovered it years ago from seeing a speedrun of it at SGDQ, and it looked pretty interesting, like a mix of Dustforce and Persona. And that's exactly what I got.
