Any Tekken games that use 5's arcade mode? No, not the solo ladder with cutscenes and boss battles. I mean the endless session that sort of mimics an arcade cab experience where you can choose to duel a tougher opponent or not.

Tekken 7 has a Treasure Battle mode where you just endlessly fight new opponents to earn money/customization options and occasionally you fight some boss characters like Kazumi, Akuma, and Kazuya I believe.

Tag 2 is the best Tekken (WiiU Edition better than the others for more features), then 3, then Tag 1 & 5DR are tied, then 4 & 7, then 2, then Advance, then 1.

Sounds like it's just an endless battle mode, but missing the player agency to want to risk getting demoted from challenging a higher rank AI player. You also get to see what character they're using so this entire strategic layer is missing.
