No. There's "new hot shit bias", where they introduce a powerful and slightly undertiered vehicle. People understandably get FOMO and poopsock/paypig their way into it. Then after a few months they nerf/balance/uptier said vehicle.

Yes. There is a ton of grinding to get new vehicles but I only play Air Battles and the low tier plane battles are more fun anyways.
