This shit is related to mental stagnation. Try improving minor shit in your life and slowly and steady things will improve. I generally struggle to get good sleep, not drink coffeine or alcohol or keep persistent keto but I notice that when I do manage I feel more motivated to draw as well.
Second thing is to force yourself in an environment that stimulates what you are interested in. Before I started working in the shop I almost didn't draw. Now I picked up a lot of things and have being playing around with paints and shit that I had never touched before and my room looks like a fucking holocaust from all the scattered supplies.
