In the alt clients you can use Ctrl+c to copy your sketch at any point while you're drawing it, and then paste it into a second sketch window. Then you just draw whatever changes you want to make.

You could record via OBS, or whatever microsoft tool is there, or even NVIDIA probably.
If they are using the alt client, it might not be too helpful DESU; If they erase the base lines that they build off of, you won't learn too much about the process outside of what the final product in that specific situation looks like.

if you use the save button, you get a jpeg with artifacting, but if you right click save image, you get a png but it's been anit-aliased
and if you click the save button on your own sketches, you get a normal png with no anti aliasing, but you can only do that on your own sketches

I sometimes draw serious pieces (full background, minimal use of other tools) even with some lewder pictures.
But I think it's more important of a question to ask: How much of the art that one draws is stuff they want to draw. The response should usually be above 60% of all your works, IMO.
Or you can paste that number into the gallery after the #, wait for the image to finish drawing, and then right click-save-as. That gets the best result. I posted a comparison of the options several months back, but if you pull them up side-by-side you will notice some of the differences. In some cases, the art looks better after being rendered fully, and other cases it looks better when you click it to finish it right away.
