Maybe I'm playing it too risky, but I put my "emergency fund" in nonvolatile dividend stocks. SPHD is literally a "high dividend low volatility" ETF, or NOBL is companies that are dividend aristacrats that even in a recession will do okay.

Anything less than 20k i feel uneasy
