I bought TX, but my account is under 25k to day trade so couldn't day trade.. It settled and then immediately dropped back below my buyin point after it had rallied 10%. So kinda sucks. I haven't lost significantly in the downturn though, but my portfolio is shorts other than the TX so that was also still annoying.

How is the media not reporting on this more? It says as clear as day that the strike won't happen until the end of the month if there's no agreement made with three out of three unions, which means it won't happen at all because an agreement will definitely be made by then.
