It's not that deep my 2017 Switch stopped connecting to my TV and it's quite battered from being knocked about accidentally and on purpose (fuck Smash Bros) and this one is genuinely really nice looking. I have need of it and it pleases my eyes, why would I not buy it?

Idk whether I should buy it or not. I also have a 2017 switch, and kinda want a new one, but mines still in pretty good condition. This one has an awesome design, and truth is I could really use the extra battery life, but still, I’m just not sure if I have enough of a reason to buy one

I'm in your same situation. so 'll get the oled one to use as my main, and then will hack the old one in the future

I had a launch-model Switch in fantastic nick and I still sprung for the OLED model when it launched last year. Go for it if you have the money, it's a good upgrade.
