I think Ethereum is censorable at two levels.

Level 1: Infrastructure
Infura, Alchemy, etc. can literally disable
access to certain apps like Metamask, Tornado Cash, etc.
Level 2: Validators (if 2/3 of them agree) can censor transactions (eg. tainted eth) and since a significant portion of eth is held by exchanges, these can be pushed by regulatory bodies to censor certain transactions.

The problem is that Amazon is chargeable. OFAC can easily force Amazon's hands to shut down Ethereum nodes. Or have the nodes censor certain transactions and so on.
