Bear markets last around 8 months on average. Comes around every 3-4 years. A RECESSION, however, comes around once every 12 years and lasts about 2 years on average.
We’re basically in the period where it makes sense for a recession considering the last one was 13 years ago, and I don’t see why it will be any shorter than the historical average of 2 years. Sure, there isn’t a subprime mortgage crash, however the inflation is the highest it’s ever been in history as well.
