Actually a bit surprised about the inflation numbers. Gas has definitely gone down. Prices of groceries and other things I buy have leveled off. Even the used car market, which I follow closely, has seen some pretty nice price drops. Plus all the houses listed for sale in my area have had price cuts recently.
