If you can answer yes to all of the following questions, you can move out: 1. Can you cover 18 months of living expenses if you moved out? 2. Would you have an equally long or shorter commute if you moved out? 3. Are you someone that is capable of getting pussy? 4. Would your potential rental be 30% or less of your take home pay AND have a low potential for you getting shot, mugged, or robbed by niggers?

>less than 15% of monthly income to rent Jesus, how did you get to 28 without moving out, where do you even live that has both decent jobs and low cost housing lol, was like that around here 5 years ago but prices have damn near doubled

Wait until after mercury squares mars, more than likely war will kick off late October early November which will be a catalyst for something HUGE

Only in texas probably. kek

1) yes 2) considering the apartment I have eyes on, shorter commute. 3) user, I don't know. But I'm 5'6 and ethnic and get called cute alot. White women who are already in relationships seem to take an interest in me for some odd reason. 4) Yes
I got fp and dubs so now you must buy a home but rent it and keep living with your parents like a total Italian chad.

Unfortunately I think I fell into the lap of complacency. Which I think is the reason why I'm still a virgin. I also switched jobs later than I should have. I could have potentially been making six figures a year sooner. Significant opportunity cost.
As for location. I live in an obscure flyover town with a significant defence and research presence here i.e. recession proof. And in regards to the rent. user, before COVID it was actually CHEAPER believe it or not. Rent here DOUBLED over the past few years.
Surely you're kidding? This seems too easy, what are your credentials? I'm nearing graduation with a math/cs degree and enjoyed ML, but thought the market was tight.
Leo Jackson
Im not sure where you got that user. For most ML positions a master's degree and some software experience is required.
Though maybe for you it could be different, as the demand for ML engineers will continue to grow. Just build a solid GitHub portfolio and apply to different positions and see where you go.
I actually settled for this job because I couldn't crack the FAANG interviews. I'm dissatisfied with my junior position and will switch to a higher paying position in a year or two.
You make 100k a year - you are not a renter, you are a buyer.
Go on Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace and find a badass house, duplex, or quad.
You are welcome.

>18 months of living expenses
lmao what
Caleb Anderson
I'm in the same position, except I make £30k (kek). I have a relatively insane amount of cash and live in luxury while at home, but I can't sustain a decent lifestyle if I move out and definitely won't be able to save money. Fuck do I do?
Avoid renting at all cost. Of all people, landlords deserve your money least. You are right, recesion will cause prices to go down next year. Just wait a while longer.

STAY HOME AND SAVE MONEY
The biggest meme taught in America is kicking your children out at 18. Living at home allows the next generation to not get rekt by rent.
Rent = 100% money lost Mortgage = 4% lost (interest / rate on average)
