Does this include or exclude how he used daddy's money to go get an Ivy League MBA and daddy's network to even be considered?

>to even be considered
I don't think it's that hard to be a fry cook.

Yes, it unironically does. No, you shouldn't count on it, and yes, be aware that the world is not tilted in your favor, but luck, grit, hard work, and some aggressiveness to move past adversity will always pay off.
Problem is, people think hard work = being an ass kissing slave for your employer. Big difference.

this guy's name is "Nimi Rama"?

>1 in a million go from burger flipper to executive.
Better odds of making it flipping shitcoins

Cope

how long and hard did they have to dig for that incredibly isolated cherry-picked example

She/They identities as a gender queer proud black womyn wearing a purple Grimace suit.

Albanian

>Worked up his way from crew member
>Meanwhile some grandpas in the same company work 30+ years and got snackbars for retirement
Yeah, sure.

Then why the strictly Indian name?

It's probably made up garbage to feed hope to the masses so they keep being exploited like the mindless slaves they are, stories like bill gates building micorsoft from his garage (pro tip: he's actually a half reptilian-half human half illuminati )

pretty sure the Walmart CEO did this too

It's always the same comments by the same losers. Daddy's money didn't appear out of nowhere either, sweaty.

Absolute propagoynda

This is evil gaslighting done by Jews to keep goyim working. The reality is you need connections to make it to the top or play the office/work place politics to your advantage. Hard work just keeps you in your slave nigger position.

t. Used to be a naive labour slave nigger that worked way harder then he should have and never got any pay raises and watched others move ahead because they played the work place politics and we’re liked more even though they hardly did any work,

>Working hard still pays off
Why did they have to write a news article about it then? Why is this even considered newsworthy?

He’s Albanian. I’m not surprised he made it. Albos are hard working and Street smart as fuck

it's not even some absurd billionaire rags to riches story, just some guy that became the manager of a couple mcdonalds restaurants
that's unbelievable in the mind of communist propaganda demoralized losers on the internet

Because it’s not

This dudes real name is “ Ngadhnjim”. Nimi is just his nickname

>All these copers itt
It's actually not hard to work your way up if you're smart, it's just Mickey D's has a stigma associated with it. All you have to do is:
>Work at McDonald's starting as young as possible
>Apply to college and apply to McDonald's scholarship programs (which are easy to get if you're not a stupid nigger)
>Work at McDonald's while going to college
>Aim entire educational career (elective selections and projects) at McDonald's desired skills and fast food in general
>Get a position at corporate since you have the exact desired skills from education AND you've already been with the company for years at this point
>Work on an MBA early on in the McDonald's corporate career
>Climb up the ladder to the C-suite

It's not as difficult as people think, it's just most kids do not have any fucking direction other than shitty 'chase your dreams' garbage in high school.

You don't progress in corporations through hard work. Hard workers are kept working. You progress through office politics.

This

If your hard work goes unrecognized then just leave and go somewhere else or do something else. It’s not that complicated the only thing holding you back is your own complacency and lack of ambition

Then the news article should have been honest and not phrase it like this guy went from working cashier to hanging out at the C-suite oh wait of course they weren’t going to dot that because that’s not an exciting news title to get get clicks sorry but what if I don’t want to just own a few Mc D’s in the middle of Bromsville or whatever

Ok but consider this: what if I don’t want to work at McDonald’s and be a kiss up in a suit.

This. If you have a clear goal, and a slightly above average IQ, or desirable minority traits, you can easily make executive positions of any big company. You'd be surprised just how many opportunities for this kind of thing there are that people completely overlook or ignore.
