Every battle is 2v2

>every battle is 2v2
>80% of the mons you can catch before postgame are new mons from the region
>PLA catching mechanic
>decreased XP gain the closer you are to the level of the next gym leader
>characters wear normal (think Kanto/Johto) clothes
>bad guys don't have a comical goal, they are more akin to the mob. They seek money, political power or military superiority
>no mega/D-Max style gimmick
>Pokedex completion is meaningfully rewarded every step of the way
>dex size is considerably cut
This is how you fix pokemon. It's that easy

Actually based ideas for once

Or you can make the games as cheaply as possible and let low IQ retards buy whatever dogshit you release and use the rest of the money getting hammered on yachts, fucking high-class prostitutes and laughing at all the people who bought it or got mad at you.

There's a few good suggestions but this one is especially bad. Team Rocket was dogshit until Masters EX, of all games.

AKA they want pokemon for a power? that's all you really need

Stopped reading after the first line

Didn't read, just lusted after the image. Lickylicky

Yeah, you didn't fix anything. Also
>bad guys don't have a comical goal, they are more akin to the mob. They seek money, political power or military superiority
Pokémon is a franchise with CHILDREN as his core audience, you need to get this in your fucking skull. The fact that we adults are still playing the games is only because we are too much autistic or nostalgic (you choose what you prefer, but I think the former is more fitting for you).

>Pokémon is a franchise with CHILDREN as his core audience
No no, you need to understand that Pokémon needs to be Warhammer 40K to be good again.

>bad guys don't have a comical goal, they are more akin to the mob. They seek money, political power or military superiority
That's what team rocket did lol. They were literally just the mob, cutting pokemon tails for money, chasing people away from their homes.
None of that "I must get this pokemon to control tile and bend reality to my will" kinda cring

And Team Rocket sucked shit until Rainbow Rocket finally made them good.

Children play fortnite or shovelware on smartphones. Pokemon is a franchise for 25+yo. That's the sad part.

Team Rocket was comically inept, the only serious one was Giovanni. With the anime Team Rocket lost all the seriousness.
They play both. I worked with children, everytime a new Pokémon game was out, they wouldn't stop talking about it for a month or two.

>Team rocket was inept
And it was FUN. You were a child foiling the plans of the mob. It was believable, silly and endearing. Not like some bullshit about the good guy is actually the bag guy destroying the world because 1000 years from now we might run out of fuel.
>And in the tranime, th-
didn't ask

>It was believable, silly and endearing
How is "a 10 year old child somehow beats the entire mafia" remotely believable? How is it endearing? How is a mafia who "catches Pokemon, but EVIL" a good motivation?
You're right on one thing, though, it's just as silly, and by silly I mean as stupid as Rose or Cyrus.

>bad guys don't have a comical goal, they are more akin to the mob. They seek money, political power or military superiority
This but something new, like a legit violent criminal poke-biker gang that peddles illegal shit in big convoys for money and raids places to steal high tech shit so they can sell it (ala team rocket taking over silph co). All that but still with the brotherly aspect of biker gangs, sort of like team skull but actual hardcore criminals and not wannabes.

It was believable because they were petty thieves trying to make money. They were losers so a gifted child Pokemon trainer could beat them whenever he encountered them on his road to beat every gym leader.
A child giving a sopranos-tier mob a hard time is fun, a child defeating billion-pokedollars evil illuminati organisation is retarded.

>decreased XP gain the closer you are to the level of the next gym leader
How would this work if gym leaders can be fought in no particular order?

honestly surprisingly good ideas. Some of them I hadn't heard before too.
