Probably just different APY rates unless they have particular services they're providing for staking with them. Aside from that, it has a political element as well which is why Orion can go fuck themselves.

Nice digits. Probably to ensure that staked LUNC is out of circulation for long enough to consider them truly out of circulation. ADA has no such limits and works perfectly well, probably some tokenomics trade-off.
