1. Linoone, you can sweep all lategame gyms, the Elite Four and the Champ with a Bellydrum Linoone
2. Ratticate, consistently underappreciated but surprisingly strong in every stage of the game
3. Bibarel, bidoof is the only known case of a legendary evolving into a non-legendary
4. Watchog, least appealing but pretty good moveset and stats
5. Furret, cutest
Haven't played the newer games so I can't rate the rest but they look disgusting except for the last one

I hate how GF keeps reducing the number of new mons introduced each gen, but they refuse to stop shitting out the obligatory garbage like regional rodent, regional bird, regional bug, and other shitmons. Couple that with the 9 obligatory slots for the starter lines and god knows however many legendaries, and soon we'll reach the point where the only new pokemon are these scant few "obligatory" lines.
