I do so much self improvement, I try so hard to be a better, more well rounded, normal person, yet when I go around normalfags in a social setting (bar, club, sporting event) after a few month hiatus I feel like Sasuke in that episode where he encounters Itachi and Kisame and Itachi beats the living shit out of him without even trying. All my work and effort…for literally nothing. I’m not even an insect compared to the average normalfag, everything just effortlessly happens in their life.

I'll offer you the only true advice for this.....get good at something.
Your insecurity will only ever be cured by acquiring a hard skill. Something that takes lots of hours to master. Then you can walk into any setting and have ACTUAL real confidence. Something no one in any room can take away from you because you've earned it through blood, sweat and tears. In fact you will not only be able to walk into any room with your head held high but you'll slowly feel better than them all because unlike them you've earned your confidence. They just woke up and socialized to get where they got. Well 95% of them. There are social extroverted skilled/talented ppl but they are unicorns.
