>R3 is a member of the Accord project >Accord uses Chainlink for oracles
It seems POSSIBLE but not POSITIVE that DTCC is using oracles for their DLT project. So it's still just assumptions based on 3 year old partnerships which we have no idea the status of, or what?
When you understand what Chainlink does you don’t have to worry and individual integrations any more. It’s like if you understood the internet back at the start, you wouldn’t be asking “is there proof of x using it?” “What about y? Any proof?” Literally everything will use it. Literally anything that requires the transmission of digital value between walled gardens. Everything.

Fine but that is probably 10-20 years out still and I'd prefer to be rich now.
yeah just people praying for some price movement around smartcon could come with staking news + dtcc or swift crumbs then there's also the fast lane stuff which i guess will be announced there
Isaac Powell
They are/were all members of the Interwork alliance (Link/R3/DTCC), but you can't find that information anymore other than old articles
r3 does likely need a settlement oracle for these transactions and there's a video where they mention that this could be a decentralized oracle (r3.com/videos/open-banking-blockchain-intellecteu/ @~10:45 )
and then the DTCC guy coming to smartcon obviously but he doesn't seem to be high up on the list and there seems to be some ranking system going on there
overall there's not too much evidence but there's some links, overall I wouldn't get excited unless something more obvious is announced
yep, the decentralization of chainlink oracles provides the best most reliable data while not having the downsides of ethereum like decentralization such as high transaction fees and scalability issues
chainlink makes the best oracles and really they arn't all that much more decentralized than a private blockchain at the moment so it's not impossible to suggest that a project like the DTCC would perhaps just use link oracles, lets remember that link has ties to Swift and google etc it is on it's way to becoming a standard/public good

are breadcrumbs no longer fudded any more?
HELLO FUDDERS? WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE FUTURE OF BLOCKCHAIN (ticker: LINK)
Jose Morris
xrp bagholders think the dtcc is using it.
link bagholders think the dtcc is using it.
the truth is they use a private blockchain as stated in their latest article. learn to read chuds

Chainlink is not a blockchain fellow bulgarian user

Sigh. You know so much, but know so little. I urge you to actually sit down and read the v2 Whitepaper. I know the technical jargon might be too much, but please sit down and read it, Google any terms you don’t understand and you’ll realize the advantages offered by the combination of Chainlink nodes & DONs plus Ethereum.
Easton Perry
Why nobody mentions xdc?

Fpbp Everything else is penny stock level speculation to be treated as the trash it is. Consider this whole mythos around LINK is built on such breadcrumbs, basically none of which have ever materialised. 5 years on and the whole industry connections theory is built on an almost equal amount of speculation, logos on websites, optimistic interpretations of minor comments, etc. All this time to btfo the FUD yet there's still nothing more than hot air.
James Rogers
>you’ll realize the advantages offered by the combination of Chainlink nodes & DONs plus Ethereum. yeah but legacy companies don't seem to understand this yet

Bullish for XRP

ROSE reference, kek.. I dont even think it was intentional Seriously though, grab a moon bag of ROSE too. LINK is obviously a bigger gaurentee but diversification is good if ROSE does a 10x while LINK does a 2x you know where to rotate your profits... this is what the fudders don't want you to know lol LINK is the worlds new collateral as the dollar will fail ^^ this does not mean LINK is the worlds new currency though, important distinction. IDK what that will be many guesses though. then why is Eric Schmidt dragging some very high level and long time google employees over to LINK? and why are they agreeing to come try harder
Jason Cruz
It's either xrp or/and xdc. Corda settler uses both. Link will likely also be used but not as here believes. He was pretty close tho
Kayden Brooks
Why would TCP/IP have needed a token though

the correct me... also fat chance XRP or XDC get used when the BRIC countries are pushing for metals backing only way XRP happens is if WW3 comes first (which actually is likely given their depop agenda)
