Digimon, unironically. It'd probably be way more beneficial for Digimon than it is Pokemon, admittedly, but seeing the two directly collab would put those shitty "durr Pokemon better!!!" and "durr Digimon better!!!" debates to rest even though they really shouldn't exist anymore. Tails: Cute Pokémon with Flying abilities, something like Flying Pikachu. Also Fennekin.

Eggman: Robotic looking steel types like Magnezone or Genesect.
