I'm getting filtered by giovani... latios kills everything I throw at it before it can charge a move, not that it matters because even if I do get a charge move off it only does like 1/4 to 1/3 HP even when super effective. current team is >hariyama (kills persian and removes both of gios shields, lose 1 shield protecting it 20% hp left) >mewtwo (kills machamp, 10% hp left) >palkia (killed immediately by latios, followed by the other 2 when I swap them back in)

no I don't? just psychic which latios is resistant too. can't charge the guage up anyways, I need it against machamp and by the time the guage is full mewtwo is practically dead so no chance to get a second charge
I only have the 1 fighting mon at high CP, and it knows counter, not power up punch. Only fairies I have are zacian with play rough on the charge move and zamazenta with ice fang & moonblast... I also have a darkrai with feint attack & sludgebomb, might help?

Latios is ruthless if you don't have the proper stats backing your team, and it sure sounds like you lack them. I'd appreciate if you're tell us what the moveset you're having trouble with was. If you're getting burned down by Dragon Breath or Dragon Claw, is right about investing in Gardevoir. If it's the psychic-type moves, invest in either Scizor or a Hydreigon that I assume you got from the Community Day.

It's really not hard. hell you could do it with psycho cut as well, just charge up two moves against the machamp and throw the psystrike and then the shadow ball. Granted that means you need to eTM a Mewtwo rather than just using a Shadow Ball one.
if you don't have shadow ball mewtwo then make two gardevoirs one with confusion and one with charm both with shadow ball. Use Confusion Gard against machamp, throw ball at latios and swap immediately to charm gard to finish.

Two fairy types can easily take out Machamp+Latios, especially with Lati using dragon moves.

I've somehow gotten two perfect Beldum from eggs, one from a 10km I think back in 2018 and the other from one of the eggs from Safari Zone Montreal. Too bad normal Meteor Mash Metagross doesn't cut it anymore. I thought those Metagross would make me good for life.
