The evasive pokemon
Based on the concept of static electricity and matadors
Absolutely horrendous defense we're talking a ten in both defense stats but with it's ability if it manages to survive the first turn it becomes a speedy hard hitting beast. It's base form is pure electric type and looks like an electricty humanoid that wears a red hood but when it's ability activates it gains an immense amount of confidence and begins using it's hood like a matador uses those red capes and creates an electric sword of course it also gains the fighting type.

After it's first turn of combat this pokemon changes forms
Signature move paralyzing slash
A 70 BP physical electric move with a 50% chance to paralyze
