1 thing alone is hard to sue. The 3 of them together creates an obvious pattern of theft. They can easily squeeze 9 figures + legal fees out of Chanlink if they decide to go for it and say that the billion or so that Chainlink Labs made would not have been possible without using Nintendos already famous brands

That would also depend on when they rebranded from the old logo into the new one, and whether they can prove the new logo made any difference in the amount made vs. the old logo. I would think that's a pretty weak case.

Oh yeah and let's remember how Zelda Oracle of Seasons is a video game just like Chainlink. They're in the exact same business so this kind of lawsuit would totally apply. I'm sure Sergey is shaking in his plaid shirt right now reading this thread.
