They come all at once and disappear all at once as well. There are either 24/7 non stop Everest threads being bumped to page 1 on Any Forums (and lately on Any Forums as well) for weeks or complete radio silence as if the project doesn't even exist. And this same exact thing has been happening well over a year now.

I hope you do make it user, but I don't see any signs of any accumulation for a long time. 24 hour trading volume is around 30K, might as well be zero.
I am looking to buy if I start seeing any signs of constant accumulation, until then I'm on the sidelines. No need to try to time the absolute pico bottom since the marketcap is so low.

Because with literally ANY other coin ever there was a clear longer accumulation period. Yes there are OTC deals, but OTC deals don't happen in a vacuum. Thinking that the daily trading volume is 27K today because some heavy OTC deals are happening elsewhere is more than likely just pure cope.
There is 43 million tokens locked out of the 116 in circulation, take that into consideration

This project doesn’t need ct to succeed, they already have id2020, and the remittance volume is going to burn an enormous amount of tokens.
FYI the top 10 cryptos don’t even have an identity layer and they are all over 10B mc. I am balls deep in this project, I don’t see how this cannot be a success considering there is the rockefeller + gates foundation and gavi behind it.
Almost everything you said has been true nearly from the start. Yes they have great partnerships. Yes they have licenses. Yes they have technology. All of that is a thing for a long time now.
But none of that helped the price action, in fact price is only going down and down, along with trading volume. So why should I buy now? Why should I believe the next partnership will move the price when every last one didn't move shit?
Clearly none of it is connected to the price of the Everest ID coin, there are only small pumps which then inevitably turn into a new lower high and downtrend continues. So I won't start buying until I see any signs of constant accumulation, like with any other decent project.

Short term is usually 5 years user. 10 years is long term.
I don't really know much about Everest to be honest. I saw the partnerships and thought it'd be good for a small cap gamble.
The other thing is,is that if Everest actually achieves everything they've set out to do and are regulated to do, I'd much rather profit off it than be a scorned subject of it.
