Why is it so hard to find a good job as a NEET? I keep being told to get a job and do this or that but no job wants to hire a NEET with 4 year c.v gap who's never had a job before. And if a deadend warehouse job is all that's available then why bother? Most of you make good money or have a good career so you can't relate but it's very difficult for neets.

no one wants to take a risk hiring some retard who has done nothing for 4 years. a job that pays a decent wage likely has a 3-6 month windup period (training and handholding.) no sane manager is going to risk wasting time and money and charging himself or other subordinates with training you when what you've chosen to disclose (a multi-year employment gap) suggests that there's a high chance of you bailing, because you can't cope with responsibility and expectations.

You have to start somewhere. And it isn't just warehouse, there's also maintenance and security. Any industry with high low-level turnover will accept anyone off the street.

Learn to invest or start your own business. Hardworkers have always been an exploited class since ancient times when they were alaves and peasants. You will never make it by working hard, you will make it by being smart and using what the system gives you to your advantage.

Or you take the fucking free forklift training they give you at a dead end warehouse job, and then apply for forklift jobs, which pay better. You've never had a job before and you want someone to just hand you a good one? What possible incentive would they have to do that when there are other candidates that have had jobs before? I wouldn't hire you to do anything either. The job market isn't going to do you any favors. New employees are a fucking pain in the ass. There has to be a clear benefit to an employer hiring, training and paying you, or they're just not going to take the time and effort to do so.
