So do people actually battle all the trainers in routes or leave them for postgame like is intended? Maybe that's why you're overlevelled

You sound like a retard

Wrong and wrong

Same goes for catching pokemon, you get exp for it since Gen 6 so you should be using a different team or waiting until thr story is over to fill the dex. Most of these issues arr your own faults

>leave them for postgame like is intended
U wot
There are many u cant even skip

I leave items and catching for the postgame

Obviously the ones you can skip you have to do but the majority can be completely avoided and has been part of the games dna since Gen 1 outside of a few routes

Well yeah but why would you skip weak shits that you can use to lvl up your pokemon + receive money

Skip everyone you're allowed to skip.
Gen 6 onward don't catch anymore Pokemon than what's necessary unless you're using an EXP sponge so you don't get overleveled from catching all the species available.
Flee every wild battle so you don't get overleveled from infinite grinding fodder.

Because that overleveld you and is the biggest problem you retards seem to have yet you keep looking for way to go overlevled

>Interact with all the nodes in a video game
>The game is now so skewed in your favor, losing isn't really an option
>Clearly you should have shown restraint, user

Stop excusing literal bad game design with personal responsibility, you sound fucking stupid.

Holy shit you're a dumbass. If you haven't figured out that engaging with the optional battles fucks progression in the first hour then maybe games in general aren't for you. It's not like they disappear lol

But then when you go back to those trainers your pokemon will be overleveled for them instead of for the gymleader or whatever.

That's the point of postgame though, you're always overleveled after the story.

Go play Pokemon TCG if you don't wanna worry about being overleveled

Loser

Which battles are optional, user? Are they listed as such? Do they let you decline the match? Isn't every avoidable battle optional?

The ones you can walk around maybe? Fucking hell use your brain

>dude just don't play the game lmao
based pokemon fans

>like is intended

What do you mean by this?

I intentionally fight as many as I can from the get-go so I don’t deal with them when I backtrack for something I forgot.

>dude just come back with your lv50 pokemons to defeat the trainers you skipped because that's the way it's intended lmao
fantastic bait 9/10

Actually I leave enjoying the game to post game and even then I don't enjoy it

So don't forget something in the first place?
