The vast majority of online people have worked in offices and have seen that pure dumb labour, whether manual or even coding, isn't what gets people to the top or what builds great companies. There's a large amount of relationship building, empathy, people skills, motivating people, etc.
Even so called "real industries" like the military reward people mainly for these skills. Army officers and people who run factories do similar but more intense jobs.

I work in a FAANG-adjacent company that has way more employee perks than these roasties do. I also do a whole lot of brain-busting work. I don't have the time to make tiktoks about "a day in the life of an user in Silicon Valley working in the tech industry" like these subhumans during weekdays. Catered meals and free in-office shit is practically necessary so I don't lose my mind working 60 hours a week.
It IS true that some major tech companies have great employee perks, but you're not gonna have the time to dick around and enjoy them all day like these videos suggest.
I'm glad she's happy, but I hope she realizes this economy is done.

Most people I know from marketing and HR (women, not roasties) work really hard for mediocre pay. I've had someone from HR log in on Saturday from her home so she could prepare some unexpected paperwork for me. Tech companies are on the QE spigot, this is basically what life is like when you work for a company with infinite resources thanks to money printing. Interest rates are set at zero and money is printed to prop up the boomer asset bubble ponzi, investors use cheap cash and only pick businesses that have this nonsense “infinite growth” model to invest in so they can strike it rich (that’s software companies in general due to softwares inherent ability to scale infinitely).
Blue collar retards feel nothing but resentment for office workers, but now in the age of QE there are two tiers of office workers: those on the QE spigot, and those that have to compete in the free market. I’m one of the low IQ, non connected office workers and I feel nothing but pure rage watching these videos because I know I’m on the outside looking in at a life I can never have. I know this slut makes more money right now, at age 23, than I probably ever will even if I spend decades “advancing my career” at non QE’d companies, I know how much my boss makes and it’s likely less than this slut makes at 23.
There’s literally no point going to work if you’re not working at a tech company, they can and do pay so much more for employees that it completely destroys the rental prices and prices for goods and services in the city where these companies set up. And we on the outside know you fuckers aren’t actually “working”, that drives the resentment even more.
