Make your aunt owe you money and then pimp your aunt out to your dad until the debt is paid in full.

give them a reverse loan spiel like Tom Selleck does, you'll pay them back out of your inheritance.

Tell them you will pay interest, but at a reasonable rate, say, 3% (current 10year yield). Tell them this will allow you to give them cash flow while not hurting you badly enough to decrease your savings/opportunities to make more money.
100,000 dollars is not going to be a lot of money in 24 months.
Please understand you are fucking them over, though you will eventually pay them back the dollars, because it will not have the same purchasing power.
