Buddy Barrier got nerfed leading to a much burstier meta better for speedsters
then they made psycho cut proc with night slash and, worse, its unite
and they also added lifesteal to its moves so even if you don't die in two hits, it just heals back all its health any ways
They buffed the fuck out of Psycho Cut and made it scale on all of its attacks and not just basics, so now it's just 1/2-shotting every mon on the roster with Psycho Cut into Night Slash and melting objectives with Psycho Cut into Unite
Don't get your hopes up for Absol nerfs because they'll be the nerfs of the test server - absolutely nothing

It's not hard to believe that they would run the same gimmick as Sylveon. A bulkier short-range attacker that is capable of increasing its defenses with a CC-oriented moveset, probably ending up around an all-rounder's stats.
