Nigga it ran away from Torracat in the beginning of the battle in the very first place, which was the whole reason why Scizor got KO’d kek. It’s whole thing was only fighting opponents it knew it could beat, so when it realized it would struggle against Torracat it retreated lmao.

It was no where near close to winning because it had barely touched Pikachu. The most it did was land one surprise Throat Chop while being barraged by Pikachu from every angle. Like someone pointed out above, Pikachu only fell from exhaustion because of the Z-Move, and that’s only ever after the battle. It never takes breaks like that during battles.
You’re arguing hypotheticals. Torracat OHKO’d Scizor, so I don’t know why you think that it not getting immediately assblasted would’ve somehow gave Guzma an advantage.
