i mean sure it's earlygame but good luck using it.

he actually has pretty damn good stats for early game, he's a decent alternative to staravia for his additional attack and can become a mixed attacker late game when you evolve into honchkrow with dark pulse and sucker punch

These two you could get before the first gym in Crystal and they are waaay too strong for that phase of the game.
