Avalugg is pretty big.
However most of the Xurkitree's in Ultra Plant are legit the size of gigantic tree's. The default Xurkitree's in Sun/Moon are tiny compared to the ones in their homeland.

Should Dynamax be considered? Eternatus is pretty fucking big normally and is even bigger when G-Maxed. But what if they could G-Max those giant tree Xurk's? Is the Pokédex the only thing we can consider?

IIRC game freak in some interview said something autistic that concluded that Dynamax isnt a real size increase but just a projection of the Pokemon.
Eternamax Eternatus seems to be the only one that increases in size for real.

So its pretty much down to trying to find out how big the giant xurkitree's are compared to how big Eternamax Eternatus is.
Eternatus looks to be around mountain size or at most around the size of the Tower summit. Bulba also says it might be the tallest pokemon ever.
But what about the Xurkitrees? They're gigantic enough for their cable limbs to be the ground, large enough to be visible from such a far location and could also be mountain size?

It even gets good grass type moves. With stab it would of been able to use either Koko or Bulu's terrain to wreck some ass pretty nicely.
