Double Team Isn't Even That Good

It really should be unbanned heres my reasoning

Giving your opponent a free turn
>if you're fast
likely not bulky enough to heal up with leftovers and healing moves.

I've never seen an OP double team replay. maybe the only time it would be good is in 2v2's or 1v1's at the end of a match.

We have a literal ton of moves that ignore or reset accuracy

Like critical hit chances, and 90% accurate moves

It punishes mons for throwing out low accuracy moves. it punishes constant endless switching.

its basically just swords dance, except it can't end games, and takes a while to still win

The problem is that it's annoying and non interactive. You use Double Team, and if the RNG decides you win, you win.

It's not banned for any specific meta reason, it's banned as a continuation of time honored playground rules, where if you were That Guy who spammed double team, nobody would play with you anymore, simple as.

I wouldn't grind on an unofficial simulator where they ban core game strategies for being "too good"

Being faster speed is something that can be played around.
Evasion is something where you hope the computer doesn't decide to fuck you.

There's no randomness to countering it, simply save your dynamax if the opponent has a double team user, then you'll have 100% accuracy.
