It's not the 43 speed that's the issue. Every single Single or Doubles TR mon just does it better in offensive prowess or utility since TR teams (especially in Doubles) really love compression. Especially since some of the best setters also can go full ape with it.

Just make it faster. I love the dude but I don't know how he got past the design process slow as shit, paper thing defense, and his hp isn't all that good and think about it you wait most of the game to get him in the first place only to become frailer
