I don't X and avoid healing bench mons against other trainers (healing the active one is fair game), but I'll still whip 'em out freely on a legendary.

Cheaper and more efficient than Full Restores/Full Heals + Hyper Potions.
I only use X items to raise friendship.
As for pokedolls, it gathers more dust in my bag than in my decorations.
