Mostly, it's a team built around my favorites, Gyarados, Aggron, and Drapion.
Lanturn and Togekiss are selected entirely because of their mutually supportive role with Gyarados and Aggron respectively.
I picked Trevenant mostly because it seemed like a good answer to the Ground weakness I had picked up, while also being another good piece of support to Gyarados and Aggron, but I'm not yet sold on it. Mostly, I needed a Grass type, and was struggling to come up with a good one. Whimsicott might also be a good pick.
