Soft rests for Darkrai and Arceus, Shaymin you can just run away, go down and leave the area, then go back and reencounter it.

I'll alternate other pokemon for a box or two just to break up the monotony. Got a shiny Larvesta in 20 eggs last month. And a quick feet Shroomish before that.

All I can say is good luck. Longest hunt I ever did before giving up was 110 boxes in W2 w/ the charm.
3+ months in and still hunting Arceus in BD. With Darkrai and Shaymin to come this could go on forever

How do I not loose my sanity while soft reseting my starter in Ruby? Been at it for months. Took 3 weeks in Sapphire
Treat it kinda like a side project. If I go all in on that kind of hunt I go crazy. Set aside so many resets/hours per day then do something else.
