Could still use other improvements here and there, but either one of those two could take it from NU to RU/UU at least.

Was shit on in the anime a bit but became the poster boy of Kanto, got a promotion to being the only pokemon from the pokemon trainer to be playable in smash 4, got 2 mega’s, a gigantimax, was Leon’s ace, and many more things in favor of it that I can’t think of. Just by association of Kanto pandering it should suffer a bit but won’t ever due to game freak worshipping it.
