Truant now makes it so that slaking can still use the moves slack off, rest, sleep talk, yawn and snore on any turn, even "loafing around" turns, with guaranteed success. This means slaking will be able to pull these moves off no matter what, even if it's currently under the effects of encore, taunt, disable, torment, heal block or similar move-locking status, including choice items like choice band (so for example a choice band slaking locked into body slam can still use slack off on the turn it would otherwise be loafing around, while still remaining locked into body slam every other turn). This new property of truant doesn't disregard opposing pokemon's abilities such as magic bounce, soundproof, insomnia and vital spirit, or moves like protect. Slaking is guaranteed to use the moves, not that the moves will necessarily hit.
