Overshadowed by its prevo and le 3000 year man, overshadowed by Ralts line being retconned to fairy, being on the same route, and getting a mega used by the final boss. Most people who played XY went for Gardevoir or Sylveon as their fairy to try out the new type.
Tsareena had a chance to breathe on its own, Florges was forgotten by the devs from day one.
