They're products. They took older generations and then improved the graphics and rereleased them so that people who want to purchase them can provide them with a profit. Primarily those who want to re-experience the older games with a fresh paint of coat and also younger players who never experienced the originals.
Not sure what more of a meaning a product needs than to provide an object or experience that some people will be willing to pay for.
