Fire - Of Course Charlizard other fire starters can't touch it's badass design
Grass- torterra I like torterra more than venusaur a turtle with a tree love it
Water - samurott he/she looks zinogre in monster Hunter that s why I love it since my favorite monster in mh is zinogre

Don't change perfection

Fire - Blaziken, the concept of a fighting chicken could not have been executed better. Plus both Combusken and Torchic look great to boot though Combusken sometimes has some trouble looking proper in the anime.

Grass - Torterra, I knew the first time I saw youtube videos before DP launched that I was going to start with Turtwig once I saw him. Plus the design comes from a very cultured real world lore so that really adds to the appeal.

Water - Honestly tough to decide. Greninja would be my easy answer because like Blaziken, he's a concept incredibly well executed, the tongue being his scarf is still really cool to me after all these years. But if I really had to think on it it would probably be Feraligatr. Samurotts another decent choice in this regard.
