I started the exact same time and would have the exact same amount if it wasn't for a series of profound mistakes. Mainly going all-in to AMPL in summer of 2020 and leaving my comfy VIDT tokens that I held for a full year prior. 2 days after I left VIDT, it proceeded to do a 6x over the next 3 weeks. AMPL in that same timeframe went down -80%. I made back my money with GRT/UNI few months later however had I not lost the hundreds of thousands going into AMPL I would have millions from GRT/UNI plays that I would have all-in'd regardless.

Probably larping but it's certainly possible, if you manage stack total 7% weekly as day trader it would take total 113 weeks to breach 20 mil. You need to understand cumulative profit. Stack x percentage ^ times. For example 10k x 1.50 (50%) ^ 20 = 33.25 mil

For example I got 20 bitcoin for around $300 each in 2015 then put 1/2 of that into Kucoin Token in late 2017 based on a Any Forums shill thread, which 10xed and made me a millionaire
A way that $1m to $20m could be done is by investing in LINK at $1 and selling at $20, again, by listening to a Any Forums shill thread.
What you're seeing is survivorship bias, though. If Kucoin was a scam exchange, I would have lost 1/2 my life savings. My mom's friend's husband lost $400k depositing his money on a fake exchange. Googling the name of the exchange would have revealed it was a scam, but I don't think I even researched Kucoin before depositing.
