I really like the design of Alolan Sandshrew. Has the same charm as regular Sandshrew, but with elements of both igloos and curling seamlessly integrated.
Marowak, Ponyta, Corsola, Zapdos, Zorua, Zoroark are all great.
Cursola, Perrserker, Runerigus and Basculegion are also great if you count regional evolutions.

I personally love Hisuian Goodra. Goodra was already one of my favorite Pokémon, and the Hisuian Form showcases how Goodra came out of its shell figuratively and literally between PLA and XY.

Raichu, raticate, darmantian, arcanine, voltorb (specifically, no offense electrode), zoroark, samurott, stunfisk and marowak are all the best ones.
I can't pick one because I'm an easy to please faggot who likes 90% of pokemon but if I had to pick one I'd pick arcanine for recency bias

Zoroark. I like its corpse-like appearance, it’s one of the most “monster-y” designs we’ve had for that reason. I like its lore of using its hatred and spite to attack too, it fits with the design as something out of a horror movie. It’s very intense as far as ghost types go, overall. Also stopped normalfags from whining about normal/ghost as a type combination.

OG Zoroark is already one of my favourites. Hisuian Zoroark is just as good. I also think that both Ninetales and Alolan Ninetales are 10/10. Foxmons have been getting good treatment lately.
